Our Approach

A person is more than a job title

A person with the “wrong” job title, or from a seemingly unrelated industry is judged as ineligible for a transition.

However, their background may have given them many or most of the skills they need to succeed in an entirely new, in-demand job.

We use that underlying skills data to identify non-obvious, high-impact job transitions.
