AdeptID is a social-impact venture using machine learning to improve job mobility. We match talent to jobs and training on the basis of underlying skills and real employment data – and we are specifically focused on jobs that don’t require college degrees.

We’re looking for an amazing business and/or marketing professional to support our company’s growth and allow our technology to positively impact more lives.

As a Growth Manager, you will:

  • Work closely with the founding team on business priorities

  • Find new potential customers and get to know their “pain points”

  • Collaborate with AdeptID partners to make sure they’re getting the most from the AdeptID product, and ensure customer feedback is heard and acted upon

  • Work with the product and technical leads to design and run experiments on new features and marketing strategies 

  • Regularly create content connecting AdeptID’s work to current topics in talent, education, and the future of work
