We started AdeptID because we believed that AI, implemented correctly, could address talent shortages and get more people into better jobs faster.
Over the past few years, we’ve built technology that searches and ranks talent for jobs based on transferable skills and predicted fit. We partner with leading Applicant Tracking Systems and Job Boards, who use our engine to make ~10m recommendations a month.
We’re seeing the impact on hiring managers’ time to find and review top candidates, as well as candidates’ ability to find suitable jobs.
When it comes to the staffing industry—which provides job opportunities for about 13 million workers annually, according to the American Staffing Association—we’ve felt that a different model of partnership is required.
Staffing plays a vital role in solving talent shortages at an employer and economy-wide level. While API-first vendor relationships work well for our HRTech customers, the nuance of the recruitment industry demands a much closer partnership model. This is especially true in the healthcare staffing industry.
That’s why we’re so excited to announce our partnership with Lucid Staffing Solutions, which is now becoming Lucid Staffing, powered by Adept.
This is the deepest type of partnership we’ve done. Lucid will have unique access to our search and match, and we will support them on automation and AI transformation across their business.
Lucid is a clinician-led healthcare staffing firm focused on allied health and nursing. From our first conversations with their founders, Suzanne and Daniel, it was clear we shared a mindset around quality. Their high standards for both clinician and facility experience make them the perfect partner to ensure our AI supports growth and efficiency without compromising human connection.
