In 2025, AdeptID acquired Lucid Staffing Solutions. Lucid is a healthcare staffing firm founded by real clinicians, Daniel Davenport, RT and Suzanne Davenport, RN. It is built on genuine candidate relationships and specializes in travel allied health placements. To combine the tech with Lucid’s relationship-first model, in 2026 AdeptID brought in a former healthcare staffing CEO who has worked on every side of this problem to lead Adept Talent.
The result is a team that looks different from anything else in this space. Clinicians who’ve practiced at major health systems work alongside engineers who’ve scaled platforms at some of the world’s most demanding companies.
