Introducing AdeptID’s Advisory Board

by Admin 11/04/2021

Today, we are proud to announce AdeptID’s Advisory Board, bringing together leaders with complementary talents and positions in the Future of Work and technology arenas.

This board will help us strengthen our ties with the talent development sector and ensure that our offering evolves in line with our mission to improve job mobility through technology, and our credo that everyone is adept.

From the start, we’ve shared our belief that the best matching solution for the talent space is one that is inclusive and versatile. Each of these founding advisors brings expertise and perspective that will push our company to be more impactful, collaborative, and ethical.

Dr. Kathleen Creel is the Embedded EthiCS fellow at Stanford University based in the Center for Ethics in Society (EiS) and the Institute for Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence (HAI). She’ll be working with Brian, Omer, and the technology team to ensure AdeptID is a world leader in the ethical use of AI.

Joseph Fuller is a Professor of Management Practice at Harvard Business School, the co-director of the school’s long-term project, Managing the Future of Work, and a co-head of the Harvard Project on the Workforce, as well as a Visiting Fellow at the American Enterprise Institute. His team’s recent work on Hidden Talent advocates for the “affirmative filters” that AdeptID is building.

Kelly Ryan Bailey is the longtime Global Skills Evangelist at Emsi Burning Glass, the Founder + CEO of Skills Baby, Co-Founder of Growth Network Podcasts, and a Founder Member of Equity Cities. Kelly’s efforts to build ecosystems around open skills data, and her authentic, powerful, and positive approach to storytelling will help us as AdeptID finds our own voice.

Spencer Thompson is the Founder & CEO of Prelude, an exciting venture democratizing access to the best cybersecurity, and was the founder of Sokanu, the Internet’s largest career advancement platform, serving over 10m people a year, which was recently acquired by leading training provider Penn Foster. Spencer has hard-won entrepreneurial experience applying data science to talent mobility will help us navigate our own growth (with best-in-class security for our own infrastructure).

Please join us in welcoming Dr. Creel, Joe, Spencer, and Kelly to the AdeptID team.

Onward!
